Community Rules

Last updated: August 1, 2026

1. Owner responsibilities

  • Only create a workspace for a group or server you actually lead or have written permission to manage.
  • Keep permissions tight. Grant administrative roles only to staff who need them, and remove access promptly when someone leaves.
  • You are the data controller for your workspace. Handle staff information lawfully, respond to reasonable deletion requests, and remove records you no longer need.
  • Do not use Sinkly to enforce rules that break Roblox or Discord policy.

2. Staff conduct

  • Act only within the abilities your community has granted you.
  • Do not falsify shifts, activity, quotas, training results, or disciplinary records.
  • Treat information you see in the console — applications, notes, reports — as confidential to that community.
  • Do not use staff tooling to retaliate against members or other staff.

3. Records and accuracy

Sinkly keeps an audit trail of actions taken in a workspace. Do not attempt to obscure, forge, or delete audit entries to hide misconduct. Records used for promotion, discipline, or removal should be accurate and based on evidence.

4. Workspace content

Forms, documents, announcements, and profile fields must follow the acceptable use policy. Application forms must not request government ID, financial details, or the real-world contact information of minors.

5. Minors

Many Roblox communities include young people. Owners must not require voice verification, personal photographs, or off-platform contact as a condition of staff membership, and must not permit adult content in any workspace.

6. Reporting

Report a community or user that breaks these rules to hello@sinkly.cc with the workspace name and any evidence you can share. We review reports and act under the enforcement policy.
