Enforcement & Removal

Last updated: August 1, 2026

1. Actions we can take

  • Warning — notice of a breach with a window to correct it.
  • Feature restriction — disabling integrations, automation, or public forms for a workspace.
  • Suspension — temporary loss of access for an account or workspace while we investigate.
  • Removal — permanent termination of an account or deletion of a community workspace.

We normally escalate in that order, but severe breaches can result in immediate removal without prior warning.

2. Reasons for removal

An account or community may be removed from Sinkly for any of the following:

  • Any content sexualising minors, or grooming behaviour — immediate, permanent, with no appeal.
  • Credible threats of violence, or targeting a person’s real-world safety.
  • Doxxing or publishing another person’s private information.
  • Sustained harassment or hate speech through Sinkly tooling.
  • Using Sinkly to coordinate raids, scams, or attacks on other communities.
  • Connecting a Roblox group or Discord server you are not authorised to manage.
  • Supplying credentials for an account you do not own.
  • Attempting to bypass access controls, scrape data, or exploit the service.
  • Falsifying or tampering with audit records to conceal misconduct.
  • Repeated breaches after a warning or restriction.
  • Evading a previous suspension with a new account or workspace.
  • Chargebacks or payment fraud on a paid plan.
  • A binding legal order requiring removal.

3. How we review

We review reports and, where relevant, the audit trail for the workspace involved. We consider severity, intent, whether the behaviour is repeated, and the risk to other users. Whoever is being actioned is told the category of the breach unless notifying them would risk harm or interfere with a legal process.

4. Appeals

To appeal, email hello@sinkly.cc within 30 days of the action, from the address on the account, and include what you believe was mistaken. We aim to respond within 14 days. Decisions on child-safety breaches are final.

5. Data after removal

When an account or workspace is removed, its data is scheduled for deletion, except where we must retain records to comply with the law or to enforce a suspension. Removal ends any active plan; unused time is not refunded where removal followed a policy breach.

6. Leaving voluntarily

You can delete your account or a community workspace at any time from settings. Owners should export anything they want to keep first — deletion cannot be reversed.
