Acceptable Use Policy

1. Who this applies to
This policy applies to every Sinkly account and every community workspace, including owners, administrators, staff members and anyone submitting a form or application through Sinkly.
2. Prohibited conduct
- Harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, or targeted abuse of any person.
- Hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
- Doxxing — collecting or publishing someone’s real-world identity, address, school, workplace, or contact details.
- Impersonating another person, staff member, community, or Sinkly itself.
- Falsifying staff records, shift logs, moderation notes, or audit entries.
- Using Sinkly to coordinate raids, ban evasion, alt-account rings, or attacks on other communities.
- Sexual content involving minors, or any sexualised content in a workspace whose members include minors.
- Promoting self-harm, violence, illegal goods, scams, or fraud.
3. Prohibited data
Sinkly is not built to hold sensitive personal data. Do not store government identification, financial or payment details, health information, or the real-world contact details of minors in any Sinkly field, form, note, or document.
4. Credentials and integrations
- Only supply Roblox bot credentials for an account you own and are permitted to automate with. Never supply another person’s account cookie.
- Only connect Roblox groups and Discord servers you are authorised to administer.
- Do not use Sinkly integrations to mass-DM, spam, or perform actions a group or server owner has not approved.
- Respect the Roblox Terms of Use, Discord Terms of Service, and their rate limits.
5. Service integrity
- Do not probe, scan, or attempt to bypass authentication or access controls.
- Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute another community’s data.
- Do not run load tests, denial-of-service attempts, or unauthorised automation against Sinkly.
- Do not share, resell, or transfer your account access to others.
- Report vulnerabilities privately to hello@sinkly.cc rather than exploiting or publicising them.
6. Consequences
Breaches are handled under our enforcement and removal policy.
