The Sinkly Honorary Program.

The Sinkly Honorary Program is an early access partnership program offered during the final stages of Sinkly Version 1 development. The program allows selected Roblox communities to receive free access to Sinkly's premium features and services in exchange for assisting with platform testing, providing feedback, and supporting promotional activities. The purpose of this program is to ensure that Sinkly operates effectively for real-world communities, identify improvements, test systems, and collect valuable insights before the official commercial release of Sinkly Version 1. Participating communities act as trusted early partners by helping Rixou Group refine the platform and ensure the best possible experience for future customers.

By participating in the Honorary Program, the community agrees to provide regular feedback regarding their experience using Sinkly. This may include completing weekly or monthly surveys, participating in feedback discussions, reporting issues, suggesting improvements, and assisting the Sinkly development team in understanding the needs of Roblox and Discord communities.

Participating communities also grant Sinkly and Rixou Group permission to use approved community information, including the community name, logo, screenshots, testimonials, statistics, and other promotional materials, for marketing, demonstrations, case studies, social media, website content, and other promotional purposes. Any sensitive or private information will not be shared publicly without appropriate approval.

Communities accepted into the Honorary Program must comply with all current and future terms, policies, requirements, and guidelines established by Rixou Group. These requirements may be updated as Sinkly continues development, and continued participation in the program confirms acceptance of any reasonable updates.

Participation in the Sinkly Honorary Program does not guarantee permanent free access to Sinkly services. Access is provided as part of a partnership arrangement and remains subject to review by Rixou Group and the assigned Community Account Manager. The Community Account Manager responsible for the participating community may, at their discretion, review, modify, suspend, or terminate the Honorary Program Agreement at any time if they determine that doing so is in the best interests of Sinkly, Rixou Group, or the participating community.

If the Honorary Program Agreement is terminated, the Community Account Manager will provide the community with the opportunity to transition to a standard paid Sinkly subscription to maintain continued access to services. Alternatively, at the sole discretion of the Community Account Manager, a subsidised subscription or customised agreement may be offered where it is determined that such an arrangement provides mutual benefit to both Sinkly and the participating community. Any subsidised arrangement, including pricing, duration, features, and conditions, will be determined by the Community Account Manager and Rixou Group.

The Sinkly Honorary Program exists to create a mutually beneficial relationship between Sinkly and selected communities. By receiving complimentary access to the platform, participating communities assist in improving Sinkly while receiving access to professional community management tools before the full commercial launch. By accepting participation in the Honorary Program, the community acknowledges that it understands and agrees to the terms outlined in this agreement and accepts that continued participation is granted at the discretion of Rixou Group.
