Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By connecting your Roblox account to Sinkly you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not authorize the Sinkly Roblox application.
2. What Sinkly is
Sinkly is a staff console for Roblox communities. The Roblox OAuth application lets staff members prove their Roblox identity so that community owners can grant them abilities inside Sinkly.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use Sinkly to violate the Roblox Terms of Use or Community Standards.
- Do not attempt to impersonate other Roblox users.
- Do not use Sinkly to harass, dox, or harm other users.
- Do not attempt to abuse, reverse engineer, or overload the Sinkly service.
4. Your account
You are responsible for actions taken through your Sinkly account, including any actions performed against your community while your Roblox account is linked. Keep your Sinkly login credentials private.
5. Relationship to Roblox
Sinkly is an independent product. It is not created by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Roblox Corporation. “Roblox” is a trademark of Roblox Corporation.
6. Availability
Sinkly is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available. We may change or discontinue features at any time.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Sinkly if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to other users or to Roblox. You may stop using Sinkly and revoke access from your Roblox account settings at any time.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sinkly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
