Apply to an open vacancy on this site. You'll answer role-specific questions about your experience, availability and how you'd handle real situations.

Review
Human Resources and the hiring department review your answers and your record together, and tell you either way.

Interview
A short conversation on Discord. Scenario questions, expectations, timezone and hours, plus your questions for us.

Trial period
You join a department as an Assistant with a mentor, a quota and clear checkpoints. Most trials run a few weeks.

Confirmation
Pass the trial and you're confirmed at rank, with a Sinkly staff address, your department's tools and a promotion path mapped out.
Common questions
Do I need prior staff experience?
Not for Agent roles. We hire on judgement and reliability, and mentor the rest. Leadership ranks do expect a track record.
How long does the process take?
Application to trial is usually one to two weeks. Trials themselves run a few weeks depending on the team.
Can I apply straight for a leadership rank?
Rarely. Team Lead and above are almost always filled internally so leaders are known quantities with a visible record.
What happens if I fail the trial?
You get written feedback and can reapply after a cooldown. Nothing is held against you permanently.
